Terms & Conditions

1. SERVICES & FEES

The Makeup Artist agrees to provide professional makeup services as outlined below: 
- Occasional makeup (per person): £70
- Bridal Makeup (Wedding Day): £120
- Bridal Makeup Trial: £80
- Bridal Party Makeup (per person) £70
- Travel Fee : From Southampton, X 50p per mile

Any additional person requiring makeup on the day must be pre-approved and will be charged at the same per person rate.

2. BOOKING & DEPOSIT

To secure the booking, an agreed non-refundable deposit will be paid. This amount will be deducted from the final total. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received by the Makeup Artist

3. PAYMENT TERMS

- Final payment is due on or before the Makeup/Wedding day
- Accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfer
- The final amount reflects all confirmed services, including: Trial, Bridal party members and travel

4. CANCELLATION & CHANGES
 
- Cancellations will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit
- If the Makeup Artist cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency), a full refund of the deposit will be provided. 

Changes to the number of clients or services must be communicated no later than 14 days before the wedding.

5. LIABILITY & HEALTH 

- The Client agrees to notify the Makeup Artist of any known allergies or sensitivities before makeup application.
- The Makeup Artist will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or skin conditions that may occur as a result of the services provided.
- All tools and products used are hygienically maintained and sanitized.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

Unless otherwise requested in writing, the Client consents to the Makeup Artist taking photos of the makeup work on the day and using them for her portfolio and promotional purposes (websites, social media, etc).

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between both parties and acknowledges all prior discussions or arrangements, whether verbal or written.
